FRTB: delivering on the promise of data-driven insights

<p class="MsoNormal">Although the Basel timetable for FRTB implementation may have been postponed, many banks have already formalized their FRTB reporting requirements. According to new research by Chartis Research and IBM Watson Financial Services, almost one-third of respondents are currently implementing new systems and approaches for FRTB reporting. Depending on their size and location, banks are pursuing FRTB reporting with different levels of urgency – yet in our survey all cited technology as a key barrier to implementation.</p>
