Rob joined Chartis as Head of Research in August 2016, bringing deep technical expertise and over 15 years of experience in research and thought-leadership in and around the financial services sector. He has a comprehensive background in retail banking, corporate finance, and management consulting, having worked with firms such as Accenture, The Boston Consulting Group and EY in a range of research roles.
He has co-authored and contributed to dozens of published industry reports on a range of critical themes for FIs, including digital innovation, customer experience, and risk and regulation. He has also presented research and insights to senior executives from across the UK’s top banks and building societies, as well as to financial services regulators and Fintech start-ups.
Rob holds two degrees from the University of London – a Masters Degree in Information Science from UCL, and a Bachelors Degree in Historical Studies from Goldsmiths College. He also holds Certificates in Corporate Finance from the CISI.
